The Lady Owls MS Girls Basketball Team held their 8th-grade night ceremony this evening. They had a great win against Lee County tonight. The Lady Owls will play this Thursday at Powell County and finish Monday at Menifee County. Congratulations girls on achieving this milestone!

Today, OCMS Band students were practicing their instruments for "Away We Go" while recording and analyzing using computer software. These students are improving every day!

The Lady Owls MS Girls Basketball Team had another successful week as they were victorious against Berea, Lee Co., and Hindman. The Lady Owls improved to 12-2 on their season. They play on Tuesday at Hazard, Wednesday vs. Buckhorn (8th grade night), and at Powell Co. on Thursday.










We rounded out a great GEAR UP week with a trip to the AHEC Health Care Expo @ EKU Manchester. Students puzzled organs back into cavities, learned about scholarship opportunities, and walked through a massive human body.
Also, congrats to Jack Darling on winning the final riddle!









OCHS students were bringing dinosaurs to life today in Mrs. Price's class!

It was a hoot at the old folks home, I mean OCHS, today. We've had some dedicated students this GEAR UP Week. Happy SENIOR Citizens Day!

It's been a busy week here at OCHS! Monday, students dressed in construction gear and seniors signed their Senior Sign-Off banner. Yesterday, teachers had fun with Little Kid Day and came dressed through the decades. Congrats to Tuesday and Wednesdays Riddle winner: Connor Smith!




Happy GEAR UP Week! Today, OCHS students experienced "dinner and a show" with the addition of Family Feud: College Edition during their lunch periods. Steve Harvey (Miss Chelsea) surveyed students last week and used their responses to create the ultimate OCHS-inspired game.









Breakfast Club meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. Come join Andrew, Dylan, and Erick and work on your basketball skills. These three got better this morning.
