OCES Teachers enjoyed a water bar today put together with donations from Booneville Shopwise, B& H Apothecary, Farmers State Bank & Phyllis Cornett, Circuit Clerk.
We celebrated our new and emerging teachers tonight who successfully completed Owsley County School District's New & Emerging Teacher Support Program for the 2023-2024 school year.
We also recognized our mentor teachers for their exceptional mentorship and unwavering support in guiding and nuturing their fellow educators.
Today our 5th grade students got a chance to tour OCMHS where they will start their journey as 6th graders in the fall. Thanks to our school PRI coordinators, Felecia & Amy, and three of our seniors for conducting the tour.
Dr. Julia Bishop shared her work with Deeper Learning training with the OCES Staff after school today.
