***Updated Grades and Time***
Any boy in grades K-5 interested in playing basketball this upcoming season must attend tryouts Thursday, August 15th, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Parents should be in attendance at end of practice for meeting with coaches.

Owsley County School District staff kicked off Opening Day celebrations today. Our Owsley County Staff looks forward to seeing all of our students tomorrow and wish all of our Owl families a wonderful first day of school!

A gentle reminder that parents are not permitted in the building without a scheduled meeting. For the first day, Kindergarten parents can walk their student to class but must exit the building by 8:15. Entry will be at the gym doors for this activity and you will be required to sign in and receive a badge.

The Owsley County School District held its first joint leadership meeting for the 2024-2025 school year. District and school administrators along with teacher leaders collaborated to develop a shared understanding of the district's new vision, mission, and core beliefs.
