Class of 2025 Senior Spotlight

Our students will be participating in spring MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) this upcoming week. These assessments help us understand each student's strengths and areas of growth, allowing us to provide the best support possible.
▪️OCES students will test Monday, March 24th-Thursday, March 27th in Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
▪️OCMHS students will test Monday, March 24th & Tuesday, March 25th in Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

Chapel Tinius, Miss Kentucky, 2024 visited OCES today to speak on gratitude and perform. We appreciate Dr. Bishop for bringing her to Owsley!







OCES Kindergarten & 1st Grade traveled to Lexington Children's Theatre to see a production of "Go, Dog Go!"





Ms. Finn's middle school students are diving deep into targeted instruction through small groups. This personalized approach helps meet each learner where they are.

Our OCMHS Student Leadership team had an exciting visit to the KY Derby Museum, where they explored careers in the Thoroughbred industry and discovered the rich history of Churchill Downs!
