KSA Testing begins tomorrow. Please see the schedules below.
⭐️Please help us by ensuring your child gets a good night's rest and is at school on time.
⭐️ Remind your child to charge their Chromebook the night before testing.
⭐️If possible, avoid scheduling appointments that may take your child out of school during their scheduled tests.
⭐️Encourage your child to do their best. We know our students are ready to show what they know!

Class of 2024 Senior Spotlight
This fall, Mrs. Miske the 4-H Agent, taught students about the plant life cycle. They have watched their pumpkin go through the cycle and we are prepping to plant the new pumpkin outside.
OCHS Seniors concluded their visit to Washington, D.C. on one of the most important hills of the nation, our U.S. Capitol.

Class of 2024 Senior Spotlight
OCHS Seniors visited the Washington Monument, Smithsonian Museums, Ford's Theater, and National Archives today. They also enjoyed some free time at the Pentagon City Mall.
OCHS Seniors enjoyed a dinner cruise on the Potomac River yesterday evening.
Mr. Roberts' 1st grade class celebrated with popsicles because all his students that tested today showed growth on their NWEA MAP Test.

Required Kentucky Summative Assessments begin this week at OCES and OCMHS.
OCHS Seniors enjoyed a beautiful day seeing Arlington National Cemetery including the Eternal Flame for JFK and the Changing of the Guard Ceremony, the Pentagon, White House and the following Memorials: Air Force, Iwo Jima, Jefferson, FDR, and MLK.
Today, 8th grade trip students took the Historic Tour through Mammoth Cave learning about the cave’s exploration, history of slave labor, the importance of the cave soil in the War of 1812 American gunpowder supply, and more. Special thanks to our trip bus driver, Mike Hall!
Senior Class of 2024 Trip is underway! Students had a long day of travel, good food at Golden Corral, followed by tours of the Vietnam Wall, Lincoln, Korean, and WW2 Memorials and some picture opportunities with the Washington Monument. Now to the hotel for some rest!
Today, OCHS 8th grade trip students were able to tour historical sites including My Old Kentucky Home. They also toured the Ky Railway Museum and enjoyed a train ride through the bluegrass before visiting the birthplace of Kentucky's most significant politician, Abraham Lincoln.
