Good luck to Cayden Hudson, OCHS junior, who began his school year at the Craft Academy at Morehead State University. The Craft Academy is a selective and prestigious residential school for KY juniors and seniors who have shown excellence in science and mathematics.

Restroom renovations are moving along ahead of schedule. Middle school complete, primary complete, Locker rooms 90% complete. Demolition started in other areas.

The Owsley County Board of Education would like to recognize Mrs. Peggy Gentry. Mrs. Peggy is beginning her 41st year of service to the students of Owsley County Elementary School.
