As the intermediate grades enter into the history of the US, Mrs. Barrett's class had a valuable lesson on taxation. Complete with a tax collector that took a portion of candy, we had some upset colonists.

However, I encourage you to prioritize attendance whenever possible and to reach out if there are challenges keeping your child from coming to school.
