Mr. Terry & Mrs. Cornett were more than willing to readjust class schedules to teach additional social studies courses for the betterment of our students and school; and they made the transition so easy for our students. Says a ton about their professionalism and character.

These ladies have stayed countless hours on several evenings, with no additional pay, to help over 40 students prepare for the school play. Our theater students are lucky to have these committed teachers in their lives.

As many of you are aware, we had a visitor on Wednesday, November 10th. Mr. Spence found an injured bobcat limping in the courtyard today, and, along with help from a few vocational students, attempted to scare it off school grounds. It made its way into the a/c unit's fencing behind the gym, so Mr. Spence blocked it in there until it could be trapped safely. Fish & Wildlife officers arrived and trapped and removed it Wednesday afternoon, and hopefully, they will be able to rehabilitate it and release it soon. Another unexpected event at OCHS.....
