On Maroon and White Night 2022, the Owsley County School District honored two Owsley County coaching legends: Lady Owls all-time wins leader, Randall Spencer, and Owls all-time wins leader, Charlie Turner. Both coaches will forever have a banner hanging in Owsley County High School Gym.
