The financial staff of the Owsley County Board of Education serves as a resource to maximize all local, state and federal funds that are allocated to the Owsley County School District.  The financial staff provides support in the areas of budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, county and state retirement, state and federal taxes, health and life insurance as well as vision, dental and disability insurance and pretax annuities.  Information can also be obtained regarding fixed assets and construction bonding.
