PTSO Mission Statement
The Owsley County PTSO will help in our capacity--the parents, teachers, and students of our school system with events, fund raising, and activities. The PTSO will be a tool to help establish a more efficient and less stressful environment for all parties involved. Owsley County PTSO will strive to help parents, teachers, students, groups, committees, and organizations work together to become more productive and less isolated.
